Allison, a Richmond native, received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at James Madison University and her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Old Dominion University. Allison is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association with experience in articulation/phonological disorders, expressive/receptive language disorders, social communication disorders, auditory processing disorders, fluency, autism spectrum disorder, motor speech disorders, and early intervention. Allison is a qualified PROMPT (level 1) trained therapist and is able to provide this technique to children with motor planning deficits. When not working, Allison enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, Greg and Penny, and getting together with friends and family. She is looking forward to working with you and your family!
