Emily Tuck

Emily grew up in Richmond and received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Bachelor's of Arts in Dance at Shenandoah University. In 2024, she graduated from Shenandoah University with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She conducted research on accessibility to assistive technology in the public school system, and recently completed her thesis on the motor, sensory, and social benefits of dance-based peer groups in collaboration with Spot On Therapy Group and Miracles in Motion. Emily is passionate about working with children with motor function and sensory processing difficulties, as well as the benefits of social groups.

When she is not working, she enjoys dancing with Miracles in Motion, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
