Maddie Radolinski

Clinic/Early Intervention, M.S., CF-SLP

Maddie brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to her work as a speech therapist, having received services herself throughout elementary school. A proud Double Duke with both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from James Madison University, she is particularly passionate about early intervention and building trusting, meaningful relationships with children and their families.
She has experience with a wide range of pediatric and adult populations, including those with apraxia, autism, language and speech sound disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), voice and fluency disorders, and feeding/swallowing disorders. Maddie prioritizes client- and family-centered care, following each child’s lead to create engaging, joyful learning opportunities. A lifelong learner, she finds inspiration in every child or adult and their family she supports.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys being outdoors, running, reading, exploring new food spots, and spending time with her family.

Spot On Therapy Group will be closed Monday 1/26/26 due to the ice storm. Therapists will reach out to offer telehealth if appropriate. Stay safe!
